The main structure

2. Leader horizontal glass washing machine adopts multistage washing technique, so it could clean and dry the Low-E glass and other common glass in a short time. With the gear transmission technology the machine could clean the glass quickly and smoothly.
3.Most of the machine spare parts, such as the roller and the brush spindles, the spray pipe and the 3 thickened water tanks, are made of the stainless steel material to make sure it is strong and durable.
4.The high pressure prewashing parts could in advance wash away most of dusty on the glass.The transfer roller is soaked in the water。
5. Three units of brushes adopt random up/down adjustment system, which is suitable for cleaning coated glass and Low-E glass. It is convenient to clean water tank and adjust brushes’ position.
